Cancellation Policy

We understand that you have a busy life, and punctuality is as important to us as it is to you. Our team carefully plans each day’s schedule to ensure impeccable service and to avoid unnecessary delays.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to allow patients on the waiting list to be contacted more quickly. If you are running late for an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible out of respect for other patients.

• Late cancellation or no-show: Any missed appointment will automatically result in a $100 cancellation fee. In addition, the next appointment will be scheduled no sooner than one month later, without exception.
• Mandatory confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed within the timeframe specified by the clinic. Any unconfirmed appointment will automatically be canceled, without exception.
